    Pic 1: Felice Bisleri
Pic 2: Ferro China Bisleri (a bitter Italian liquer/tonic invented by Felice Bisleri, it is thought to aid digestion)
Pic 3: A bottle of Nocera Umbra Angelica mineral water from the Nocera Umbra springs in Umbria, Italy. The Angelica water source was bought by Felice Bisleri towards the late 1800 who started selling the mineral water, thought to have healing properties, and popularized it in India and America.

    The guy is Felice Bisleri.
The second pic is of "Ferro-China Bislieri", an amaro (drink) made as an alcohol infusion of cinchona bark, herbs, and iron salts.
The third pic is of "Nocera Umbra" Mineral Water.
Mr. Felice Bisleri established Felice Bisleri & Co which developed all the above drinks.Though he died quite a while back, his legacy lives on in the form of Bisleri Mineral Water (Which I guess all of us at some point or other did drink !)
