Dude it's funny that only a couple of days back me and my frnd was discussing the legend of Old Monk
this is i think the answer :

Mohan Meakin is a group of companies started by Edward Dyer. Edward Dyer had set up first brewery(later incorporated as Dyer Brewery) at Kasauli(Himachal Pradesh).
