    Ans. Eyjafjallajökull- translated as "island-mountains glacier" in Iceland,its eruption threw volcanic ash several kilometres up in the atmosphere which led to air travel disruptions in northwest Europe starting on April 14th 2010, including the closure of airspace over most of Europe.

    Identify this structure


    This structure is the brainchild of the fellow below.



    Which structure is this?

    Ans. The Arcelor / Mittal Olympic Tower in London. Designed by Anish Kapoor - the man below. Pic 1 is an artistic rendition of the tower to be built. Somehow the English want to show the French (Parisians in particular) how they snatched London bid for the 2012 olympics right from Paris' nose... that too by erecting an iron structure a la Eiffel.

    Ans. Another one uncracked. Harry Carpenter (famous BBC commentator) and Frank Bruno  (former WBC World Heavyweight Champion) Carpenter often conducted post-match interviews with Bruno, whose catchphrase was "know what I mean, 'Arry?", and their relationship helped give Bruno a "cuddly bear" image and a popularity with the British public beyond the boxing fraternity. Harry's specialty was boxing and also covered Wimbledon at times. Harry passed away on 20th March this year.
